Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct classes and practical training including supervision of students' projects and work-integrated learning.
- Prepare and update training materials and assist in curriculum development.
- Deliver catering and culinary services to hotel guests and members of the public.
- Maintain training-related records and manage store inventory.
- Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist with student recruitment and placement activities.
- Support the running of training programmes, kitchens, special events, and culinary competitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised higher diploma in Hotel/Catering Management, Western Cooking, or equivalent (preferably with Hygiene Manager Certificate).
- Have at least 3 years' relevant work or teaching experience in the hotel/catering industry.
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Possess good knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Be able to pass a trade test.
