Duties & Responsibilities
- Devise and implement a programme to foster neurodiversity culture for primary school students.
- Develop and implement a school-wide support programme focused on neurodiversity culture.
- Provide consultation and ongoing professional support to educators and parents.
- Organise and deliver training sessions and workshops for educators, parents, and students.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and support to the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in educational psychology or a related field eligible for clinical practice.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in action research within psychology, social sciences, or related fields.
- Experience in consultation and coaching for a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in a school setting, project work, or an additional postgraduate diploma in education is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
