Investment Analyst/Associate in the Investment Office

Duties & Responsibilities

Support investment team in managing diversified portfolios across multiple asset classes and geographies.
Conduct research, due diligence, and analysis on asset classes, strategies, sectors, and potential managers.
Prepare investment summaries, market updates, and performance analyses for internal stakeholders.
Assist in identifying investment opportunities through database landscaping and industry networks.
Participate in due diligence meetings and draft investment memos.
Support quantitative and risk analysis, including model maintenance and factor analysis.
Monitor existing manager performance through fund reports and manager meetings.
Collaborate with investment operations team on trade execution, subscriptions, and redemptions.
Liaise with legal counsel on documentation including applications, side letters, and NDAs.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
Advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
2-4 years of experience in portfolio management or investment operations.
Experience in endowment, foundation, pension fund, or asset management preferred.
Knowledge of private and public market investments and fund operations.
