Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technology vision and leadership for digital solutions and implementation across solution architecture, data architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
- Design and implement security controls, data resilience, and data recovery measures.
- Manage the performance of external contractors and design procurement strategies.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, conduct technical feasibility studies, and identify potential supplier risks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Have at least 8 years of relevant solution implementation experience in IT.
- Possess practical experience in web development, mobile app development, data hub/data lake, data visualisation, and IT operations and incident management.
- Demonstrate excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with OutSystems, Tableau, MongoDB Enterprise, Sitecore, Next.js, PHP, and Inspera is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
