Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and lead the IT team to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for data security and regulatory compliance.
Oversee development and maintenance of websites and web applications for master programmes.
Coordinate with external vendors for application development and quality assurance.
Collect user requirements, support user acceptance testing, and provide stakeholder training.
Manage project documentation and financial workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of programming and system development experience.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, JQuery, and Python.
Sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, responsibility, and teamwork ability.
Ability to multitask and deliver results within tight timeframes.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.
