Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Staff team supporting the Master Programmes Office and provide technical support for administrative, teaching, and learning activities.
Maintain high availability and ensure smooth operation of in-house systems, network infrastructure, websites, and applications.
Plan, execute, and manage internal systems, software projects, and data management platforms to meet IT needs.
Collaborate with university IT stakeholders and ensure compliance with network, data security, privacy, and institutional policies.
Handle IT budget planning, procurement strategies, and vendor management including evaluation and selection processes.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline; Master's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience overseeing IT infrastructure, computing systems, data management platforms, software development projects, and websites.
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows Server platforms.
Strong leadership and vendor negotiation skills with expertise in budgeting and procurement strategies.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on performance.
