Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain PCs, servers, and networking equipment for campus operations.
- Install and manage software and operating systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
- Maintain systems, compile reports, and update documentation.
- Assist with equipment procurement, inventory, and event operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a higher diploma plus 1 year's experience, or a diploma plus 2 years' experience in a relevant field.
- Work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time; shift duties and irregular working hours may be required; post rank is Technician.
