Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper functioning of users' desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Work closely with other teams to provide timely and effective solutions to end-user issues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the CIO or delegates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, LAN maintenance, and network testing.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and MAC platforms.
  • Experience installing and configuring hardware, software, operating systems, and printers.
  • Knowledge of compliance with corporate policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with audio-visual solutions including webcasting, video streaming, and video conferencing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and various endpoint devices.
  • ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications and project management experience preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
