Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper functioning of users' desktops, laptops, and other devices.
- Work with other teams to provide timely solutions to end-user technical issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CIO or delegates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, LAN maintenance, and Windows/MAC platform support.
- Certifications in ITIL and CompTIA A+, and project management experience are preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
