Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper functioning of users' desktops, laptops, and other devices.
- Work closely with other teams to provide timely and effective solutions to end-user issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the CIO or delegates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, LAN maintenance, and network testing.
- Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and MAC platforms.
- Experience installing and configuring hardware, software, operating systems, and printers.
- Knowledge of compliance with corporate policies and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with audio-visual solutions including webcasting, video streaming, and video conferencing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and various endpoint devices.
- ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications and project management experience preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
