Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper functioning of users' desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Work with other teams to provide timely solutions to end-user technical issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Information Officer or delegates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have technical support experience, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network maintenance knowledge.
  • Support both Windows and MAC platforms and have hands-on experience installing hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual solutions, live streaming, and video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams, Zoom preferred).
  • ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications and project management experience are preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
