IT Technician for User Services Team

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure proper functioning of users' desktops, laptops, and other devices.
Work with other teams to provide timely solutions to end-user technical issues.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Information Officer or delegates.

Hold a diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
Demonstrate fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Have experience in technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, network maintenance, Windows/MAC support, and audio-visual solutions.
Preferably hold ITIL and CompTIA A+ certifications with project management experience.

Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on performance.
