Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide user support to staff and students using e-Learning platforms including Moodle and Panopto.
- Design and facilitate workshops on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Deliver help-desk services for e-Learning solutions, video streaming, and lecture capture systems.
- Prepare self-learning materials including user guides and video tutorials for e-Learning tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, colleagues, and students.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preference given to candidates with ITIL, CTS, or PRINCE2 certification and project management experience.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; commencement as soon as possible.
