Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for centrally timetabled classrooms and learning environments.
- Maintain and resolve issues with classroom audio-visual and IT equipment.
- Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a diploma or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Multi-Media, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, or related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in audio-visual fields.
- Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably have experience with audio-visual equipment setup, PC configuration, ITIL/CTS certification, or project management.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal; commencement as soon as possible.
