Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage AV/IT equipment including setup, configuration, and documentation.
- Oversee operations and maintenance of learning spaces across the university.
- Provide event support and technical assistance.
- Collaborate on IT application systems such as IoT, RFID, and location-based services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Audio-Visual, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Show self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Have relevant experience in AV/IT equipment management.
- Preferred: ITIL, CTS, or PRINCE2 certification and experience in event management, projection systems, or audio systems.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance; commencement as soon as possible.
