Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support to users via phone calls and emails.
- Assist with software installation and video conferencing setup.
- Provide technical support and contribute to website development.
- Assist in developing IT infrastructure to support new systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Have knowledge of Javascript, PHP, PHP Framework, Python, HTML, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, AWS, and Canva.
- Demonstrate good critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are also considered for this role.
Appointment
- Contract — one-year temporary basis with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
