Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for daily operations and maintenance of computing and audiovisual facilities.
- Conduct computer installations and manage IT procurement.
- Administer IT asset inventories.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including work outside normal office hours and weekends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Have at least 2 years' relevant experience.
- Be proficient in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Office applications, Zoom, Moodle, and Inspera systems.
- Be competent in troubleshooting and maintenance of computers and audiovisual equipment.
- Possess strong responsibility and ability to work independently and in teams.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme; renewable subject to satisfactory performance.
