Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support knowledge transfer strategies connecting university research to industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
  • Organize events and programs to engage faculty, industry, academia, and government stakeholders.
  • Produce quality marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and audience targeting.
  • Work outside normal office hours as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, Technology, or related discipline.
  • At least 3-4 years of post-qualification work experience in creative arts, technology incubation, event organization, or marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work independently on accounting issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
