Duties & Responsibilities
- Support knowledge transfer strategies connecting university research to industry partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Organize events and programs to engage faculty, industry, academia, and government stakeholders.
- Produce quality marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and audience targeting.
- Work outside normal office hours as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of post-qualification work experience in creative arts, technology incubation, event organization, or marketing.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently on accounting issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
