**Duties & Responsibilities**
*Lab Assistant:*
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies including design, data collection, and analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the laboratory manager and directors.
- Prepare literature reviews on neuroscience and forensic psychology.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocol compliance.
- Assist with publications and course tutorials.
*Lab Manager:*
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure safety regulation compliance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and laboratory inventory.
- Coordinate research projects including planning, execution, and data analysis.
- Supervise and mentor lab assistants and interns.
- Facilitate collaboration among researchers and external partners.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
*Lab Assistant:*
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field required.
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS and psychology-related data collection.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese Chinese.
- Demonstrate responsibility, industriousness, and willingness to learn.
*Lab Manager:*
- Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field required.
- Experience in laboratory management and research coordination.
- Advanced SPSS proficiency and knowledge of research methodologies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Appointment
- Full-time, 12–24 months with possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement
