Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in histopathology and cytopathology duties.
- Provide routine laboratory work support including specimen organization and record keeping.
- Perform data entry and general cleaning tasks.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold 5 passes in HKCEE (including English, Chinese, and Mathematics) or equivalent HKDSEE qualifications.
- Possess a diploma or above in biological, medical, or laboratory sciences (preferred).
- Demonstrate good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in PC and common software applications.
- Prior work experience in clinical laboratories is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and university contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
