Duties & Responsibilities
- Connect staff across faculties to develop interdisciplinary courses for new learning models.
- Coordinate pilot course calls and support innovative course design.
- Facilitate workshops and support teaching delivery of pilot courses beyond campus.
- Liaise with community partners including NGOs, schools, and social enterprises.
- Manage curriculum evaluation data collection and gather student feedback.
- Conduct pedagogical research on Common Core effectiveness and innovation.
- Connect teaching and learning with interdisciplinary research across the institution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Expertise in using AI in education and assessment.
- Strong commitment to innovative undergraduate learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Programme development skills for cross-disciplinary education.
- Teaching experience, community engagement experience, and administrative experience are advantageous.
Appointment
- Two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
