Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver courses in early childhood education at multiple levels including higher diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Provide academic guidance to students as an academic advisor.
Engage in programme administration, development and scholarly activities.
Plan and implement experiential learning activities such as study tours and exchange programmes.
Participate in School and University activities and administration.

Hold a Master's degree or above in early childhood education or a related field.
Possess good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
Have knowledge and experience in supporting children with special educational needs (strongly preferred).
Maintain a good network with local and regional early childhood education organisations (advantageous).
