Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching and learning activities supporting students' academic language development.
- Develop and revise curriculum to meet academic learning standards.
- Support students' learning and provide academic guidance.
- Create learning materials using AI tools and new technologies.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in research and professional development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the School and Institute.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree (preferably Doctoral degree) in TESOL, English Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related disciplines.
- Research and professional development experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Native or native-like English proficiency.
- Putonghua and/or Cantonese proficiency preferred.
- Industry and professional body engagement is an advantage.
