Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and support professional development courses for students with special educational needs.
- Participate in online and/or in-person teaching activities and research projects.
- Develop curriculum, programmes, teaching and learning materials.
- Supervise practicum and manage programmes and courses.
- Conduct field work activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Doctoral degree (EdD or PhD).
- Possess substantial post-qualification teaching experience, preferably in special education, counselling, psychology, or related discipline.
- Preferably hold a relevant professional teaching certificate (e.g., PGDE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognized by Hong Kong Education Bureau.
- Added advantage: front-line teaching experience with students with SEN, tertiary-level special education teaching, or competence in digital pedagogy and AI-enhanced learning.
