# Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and develop programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Provide academic advising and supervise students on teaching practice.
- Deliver professional development programmes to in-service teachers.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and community service activities.
# Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Doctoral degree (EdD or PhD) in English language teaching, applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, or related field.
- Have substantial post-qualification teaching experience in tertiary education.
- Possess a teaching certificate such as PGDE or QTS recognised by Hong Kong's Education Bureau, or equivalent.
- Experience in primary/secondary teaching, work with minoritised students, GBA, or digital pedagogy is advantageous.
