Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels and supervise postgraduate students.
- Develop strategies aligned with the Academy's strategic direction.
- Oversee planning and execution of initiatives, events, and programmes to meet KPIs.
- Support Academy development by collaborating with Executive Committee Members and Centre Directors.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal faculties and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to curriculum and programme development, management, and participate in committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Doctoral degree in Higher Education or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate substantial teaching experience following doctoral qualification.
- Provide evidence of quality teaching or proven professional experience at tertiary level.
- Specialisation in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR studies is highly preferred.
