Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels and supervise postgraduate students.
Develop strategies aligned with the Academy's strategic direction.
Oversee planning and execution of initiatives, events, and programmes.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal faculties, departments, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to curriculum and programme development and course management.
Represent programmes in meetings, boards, and committees, and provide service to the University and community.

Hold a Doctoral degree in Public Administration and Leadership or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrate substantial teaching experience following qualification.
Provide evidence of quality teaching or proven professional experience at tertiary level.
Specialisation in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR studies is highly preferred.
