Duties & Responsibilities

Teach courses in cultural management, creative industries, arts administration, and cultural studies.
Develop and revise course materials integrating industry practice with critical cultural theory.
Supervise student projects including honors projects, internships, and industry-based assignments.
Contribute to programme review and enhancement aligned with industry trends.
Leverage industry connections to facilitate internships, mentorships, and collaborative opportunities.
Support students' career development in cultural and creative sectors.
Participate in programme administration and quality assurance processes.
Engage in service activities at programme, school, or institutional levels.

Master's degree or above in Cultural Studies, Cultural Management, Arts Administration, Creative Industries, or closely related field (doctoral degree preferred).
Substantial professional experience in cultural management, curatorial practice, arts administration, or creative entrepreneurship.
Proven tertiary-level teaching experience in related subjects.
Strong commitment to student-centred teaching and experiential learning.
Track record of high-quality research outputs linked to teaching expertise.
Dedication to teaching, team collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
