Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
- Handle student and academic administration tasks.
- Develop and review course curriculum and teaching materials.
- Assist in programme validation and accreditation.
- Network with industry partners and arrange industrial attachments and consultancy services.
- Lead modules ensuring alignment with industry practice and quality standards.
- Support development of health-related programmes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised master's degree in Nursing or related healthcare discipline.
- Have at least 3 years' full-time relevant teaching or industry experience.
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Demonstrate good communication, teaching, and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
- Preferably have strong clinical experience and tertiary education experience.
