Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach nutrition/dietitian courses and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
- Develop course curriculum and teaching materials.
- Handle student and academic administrative duties.
- Participate in departmental projects, research, consultancy services, seminars and exhibitions.
- Build industry networks, source industrial attachments, and organize seminars and scholarships for students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Have at least 3 years' full-time relevant teaching or industry experience in nutrition, food, health, or related fields.
- Demonstrate good records of industry linkage in nutrition-related areas.
- Possess strong communication, teaching and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time; initial posting at Kwai Chung campus with possible relocation to other locations based on operational needs.
