Duties & Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries about library services, scholarly communication, and research support.
Manage researcher profiles and maintain research records across multiple platforms.
Support information literacy programs and training initiatives.
Develop e-learning materials, research guides, and digital content including videos and infographics.
Contribute to subject-specific services such as reading list development and collection management.

Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or related discipline.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
Experience with citation databases such as Scopus and Web of Science is preferable.
Knowledge of statistical methods, data processing techniques, and data quality assurance.
Familiarity with digital content creation tools such as Canva or Vyond.
Strong interest in learning new technologies, AI tools, and digital methods.
Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Full-time contract for one year on a temporary basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
