Duties & Responsibilities

Organize alumni engagement activities including mentorship programmes and roundtable events.
Manage mentor and mentee communities professionally and effectively.
Coordinate alumni souvenir initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Oversee alumni community engagement across various communication channels.
Provide support to the Faculty's Masters Programmes Alumni and Student Services Team.

Possess a good bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of full-time work experience.
Preferably have experience in tertiary institutions, education sector, or social service organizations.
Demonstrate self-starter mentality with a positive attitude.
Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua fluency is advantageous).
Be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work independently and in teams.
Passion for working with youth and young adults is an advantage.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Contract includes end-of-service gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
