Duties & Responsibilities

Formulate and execute business development strategies to identify and secure high-value partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with corporate leaders, government officials, non-profits, alumni, and major donors.
Design and lead fundraising campaigns to secure philanthropic support for scholarships, endowed professorships, research programs, and campus development.
Create compelling pitch presentations and formal proposals to secure financial support and collaborative agreements.
Manage and oversee high-profile event programming as the Person-In-Charge.
Support international strategy initiatives aligned with the school's objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, business development, or philanthropic relationship management, preferably in higher education or non-profit sectors.
Proven track record of strategizing and securing significant funding or partnerships.
Established strong network across corporate and non-profit sectors.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, event planning, and project management skills.
Demonstrated self-motivation, independence, and ability to collaborate effectively.
Native or near-native command of English; strong Chinese proficiency (including Putonghua) highly preferred.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
