Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies and planning across multiple platforms including WeChat, RedNote, and LinkedIn.
  • Produce videos independently or with vendors, including filming and post-production work.
  • Contribute to event planning and execution, managing copy, video preparation, coordination, and delivery.
  • Support daily faculty operations and undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess a good bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, communication, media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Be well-versed in new media strategies and content creation with exceptional writing skills and proven video production experience.
  • Possess strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently or in teams.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme of up to 10% of basic salary.
