Duties & Responsibilities
- Write social media content across platforms including WeChat, RedNote, and LinkedIn covering events, interviews, and business analysis.
- Produce videos independently or with vendors, including filming and post-production work.
- Develop social media strategies and manage content calendars for multiple platforms.
- Contribute to event planning and execution, handling copy and video preparation and coordination.
- Support daily Faculty operations and undertake other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of marketing, communication, media, or related experience.
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English proficiency.
- Expertise in new media strategies, content creation, and video production.
- Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Appointment
- Two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; contract-end gratuity and retirement benefits contribution up to 10% of basic salary included.
