Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee engagement and relations strategies aligned with corporate ESR and ED&I policies.
  • Oversee employee recognition initiatives, events, and internal communications.
  • Support equal opportunity complaint handling procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, psychology, or Language.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience with minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and relations within large organisations.
  • Strong passion for employee engagement and proven track record in strategy formulation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract — 2 years, with re-appointment subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
