Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement and relations strategies aligned with corporate ESR and ED&I policies.
- Oversee employee recognition initiatives, events, and internal communications.
- Support equal opportunity complaint handling procedures.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, psychology, or Language.
- At least 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience with minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and relations within large organisations.
- Strong passion for employee engagement and proven track record in strategy formulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract — 2 years, with re-appointment subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
