Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relations with senior decision makers in leading global enterprises to understand their talent management needs.
- Grow Executive Education revenue through sales and development activities focused on high-impact engagements.
- Interpret industry trends and emerging needs related to enterprise globalisation and leadership development.
- Evaluate competitive environment in cross-border and executive education markets and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with teams and clients to support successful programme implementation, including customised corporate training and executive learning initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Good bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related disciplines, with at least 6 years' work experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese), with proofreading and editing abilities.
- Strong customer service, project management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with branding and marketing expertise.
- Ability to build relationships across private, public and government sectors and work independently under pressure on multiple tasks.
- Substantial experience and proven track record in student recruitment within a business school setting.
- Experience in Executive Education, Business Development, managing senior executives, or programme development.
- Knowledge of global Executive Education markets and course designing experience preferred.
- Strong alignment with Faculty's culture of internal entrepreneurship and willingness to adapt to role reassignments.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
