Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relations with senior decision makers in leading Mainland enterprises to understand their talent management needs.
  • Grow Executive Education revenue through sales and development activities focused on high-impact engagements.
  • Evaluate competitive environment in cross-border and executive education markets and provide recommendations to improve business results.
  • Work closely with teams and clients to ensure strong relationships and support successful programme implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business-related disciplines) with at least 6 years' work experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese); able to proofread and edit articles.
  • Strong customer service, project management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with branding and marketing expertise.
  • Proven track record in student recruitment for entrepreneurship programmes within a business school setting.
  • Experience in Executive Education, Business Development, or Programme Development; ability to manage senior executives at C-level.
  • Knowledge of Executive Education markets in Mainland China and experience in course design (advantageous).
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented mindset, high computer proficiency, and ability to work independently under pressure.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. Contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary included.
