Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Faculty development in Executive Education portfolio including programme development, marketing and execution.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns for executive education programmes across digital and offline channels.
- Manage the Faculty's presence and communities on WeChat and LinkedIn with content planning and community engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business-related discipline with 5-8 years' work experience in marketing or client servicing.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) with proofreading and editing abilities.
- Strong customer service, project management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with branding and marketing expertise.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and basic graphic design using Canva and Adobe tools.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and website content management systems like WordPress.
- Proven experience in WeChat content creation, XiuMi design, and LinkedIn community management.
- In-depth understanding of brand alignment with strong brand storytelling and copywriting skills in English and Simplified Chinese.
- Experience working with creative and video production houses; familiarity with AI tools for content creation and design.
- Knowledge of executive education programmes in Asian markets and networks within the business sector preferred.
- Team player with supervisory or leadership experience, positive attitude, detail-oriented mindset, and understanding of social media channels globally.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract for two years with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary); possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
