Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the administration team supporting School programmes including budgeting, admissions, and student affairs.
- Manage human resources matters such as staff appointments and performance reviews.
- Provide administrative support for the School's research activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with proficiency in MS Office and word processing.
- Self-motivated with pleasant personality, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong sense of ownership and flexibility in handling competing priorities.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract of two years commencing January 2026; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
