Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate programme effectiveness through reporting.
- Develop and implement training initiatives and strategies to enhance employee learning and development.
- Support corporate HR projects focused on organisation and talent development.
- Manage staff relations, HR communications, and performance management within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Language, or Communications.
- Minimum 7 years of L&D programme management experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with Putonghua proficiency and strong analytical and project management skills.
