Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate programme effectiveness through reporting.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives and strategies to enhance employee learning and development.
  • Support corporate HR projects focused on organisation and talent development.
  • Manage staff relations, HR communications, and performance management within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Language, or Communications.
  • Minimum 7 years of L&D programme management experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with Putonghua proficiency and strong analytical and project management skills.
