Duties & Responsibilities

Drive donor outreach strategies to re-engage lapsed donors and cultivate new prospects.
Serve as a university ambassador, building trust through strong engagement and networking.
Create memorable experiences through events, campaigns, and personalized donor engagement.
Represent the university confidently at donor meetings and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative donor communication approaches.
Monitor and evaluate outreach outcomes to strengthen future initiatives.
Identify, cultivate, and secure philanthropic support from high-net-worth individuals and organisations.

At least 6 years' experience in engagement, networking, or relationship-building roles.
Achievement-oriented, proactive, and able to take independent initiatives.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to motivate and inspire.
Creative, adaptable, and results-driven professional mindset.
Outgoing personality, self-motivated, and confident in building connections.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
