Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain donor relationships by re-engaging past supporters and cultivating new prospects.
- Create and deliver dynamic events, personalized campaigns, and storytelling initiatives to inspire giving.
- Manage a portfolio of prospective major donors to secure philanthropic support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and faculty to design innovative donor communication and fundraising strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 6 years' experience in engagement, networking, or relationship-building roles (or less for Project Manager level).
- Achievement-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to motivate and inspire.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and confident in building connections.
- Creative, adaptable, and results-driven professional.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2 years fixed-term with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
