Duties & Responsibilities

Manage startup funding programs in collaboration with entrepreneurship ecosystem partners.
Design and implement training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives for entrepreneurs.
Identify inventions and research results with commercial potential across academic departments.
Conduct technical and commercial assessments of emerging technologies.
Cultivate relationships with industry, investment partners, and government bodies for funding and partnerships.
Research government subsidies, grants, and incentive policies for startups.
Support technology commercialization and business development activities.

Bachelor's degree or above in Sciences and Engineering with at least 10 years' experience; postgraduate degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in commercial settings; I&T startup experience advantageous.
Proven experience in project management or business development.
Demonstrated success managing strategic initiatives, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
Strong ability to identify research output suitable for commercialization.
Outcome-driven with strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with local and regional entrepreneurial ecosystems.
