Duties & Responsibilities

Create implementation plans and coordinate technical and financial resources to develop and accelerate startups.
Design commercialization models including productization, technology licensing, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
Expand and retain strategic relationships with industry experts, government departments, and industrial parks.
Build and maintain databases of domain experts, technical advisors and commercial channels.
Assist with IP management throughout the technology transfer lifecycle.
Support other technology transfer activities.

Bachelor's degree or above in Sciences and Engineering, with postgraduate degree advantageous.
5 years of commercial experience, preferably in innovation and technology startups.
Proven experience in mentoring and stakeholder engagement with excellent communication skills.
Customer-service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Outcome-driven with strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
