Duties & Responsibilities

Promote collaboration and maintain industry networks with Training Boards, Working Parties, and VTC Member Institutions.
Engage industry partners in planning and delivering conferences, seminars, competitions, and activities to promote VPET.
Provide professional secretariat support to Training Boards and committees, including preparing meeting papers and minutes.
Conduct industry engagement activities including manpower surveys, trade tests, and Recognition of Prior Learning functions.
Drive development and implementation of web-based platforms and digital solutions with AI-enabled tools.
Assist in planning and delivering new projects and large-scale VPET events to meet strategic needs.
Lead and supervise a team of staff to ensure quality execution of duties.

Hold a recognised degree or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification.
Have at least 7 years' relevant experience at an appropriate level, preferably in tertiary or vocational education sector.
Demonstrate knowledge of committee work, governance processes, and secretariat support to boards.
Show knowledge of the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework and Government-subsidised training schemes.
Have knowledge of emerging technologies and experience with digital solution development or implementation.
Possess project and event management experience, including large-scale conferences and networking activities.
Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Display strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills with ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
