Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Admissions Office in promoting the University for undergraduate admissions in Hong Kong.
  • Create and manage social media content and update the University website.
  • Coordinate events and provide administrative support.
  • Edit images and videos using Adobe Creative Cloud software (preferred).
  • Work outside office hours and weekends when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Have 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in education or public relations.
  • Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Show ability to work independently with initiative and strong organisational skills.
  • Possess good communication skills and an outgoing personality.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal, commencing as soon as possible.
