Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing activities for specialized Master's Programmes including outreach, partnerships, and information events.
  • Track data and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels in collaboration with team members.
  • May be required to work outside normal office hours, weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years' work experience, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese).
  • Strong team player with outcome-driven approach and ability to plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Sense of urgency, ability to work independently, outgoing personality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of international tertiary education and overseas student recruitment preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.
