Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist pathologists in conducting gross examinations and dissection of surgical specimens.
- Provide support for routine laboratory and pathology services in the histopathology laboratory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Pathology, or related discipline.
- Registration as a Medical Laboratory Technologist under Part II or above in Hong Kong.
- Valid Practising Certificate from the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board.
- Work experience in histopathology laboratories.
- Pathologists' Assistant training programme completion is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time — 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
