Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver health lectures and workshops to community populations.
- Provide on-site coaching, supervision, and expertise on quality assurance and protocol optimization.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external collaborators.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange activities and perform other assigned duties.
- Conduct fieldwork outside the office as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificate from The Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Minimum 8 years' post-registration experience in community-based nursing services, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
