Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver health lectures and workshops to community populations.
  • Provide on-site coaching, supervision, and expertise on quality assurance and protocol optimization.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and external collaborators.
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange activities and perform other assigned duties.
  • Conduct fieldwork outside the office as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be a registered nurse in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificate from The Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
  • Minimum 8 years' post-registration experience in community-based nursing services, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
