Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver health lectures and workshops for public education and capacity-building.
- Provide on-site coaching, supervision, and quality assurance expertise.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality community services.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external collaborators.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange activities and perform assigned duties.
- Conduct fieldwork outside the office.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Registered nurse in Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificate from The Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- At least 8 years of post-registration experience in clinical or community-based nursing services in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Preferably have experience working with older people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
