Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the School's clinical laboratory and simulation training centre.
- Supervise junior staff and facilitate teaching and learning initiatives.
- Develop strategic plans to support the School's expansion.
- Work 8-hour shifts between 8am and 10pm, with occasional weekend work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a valid Certificate of Enrollment/Registration (Part I) and Practising Certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Have at least 1 year's post-registration local clinical experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Preference given to those with experience managing clinical laboratories or simulation training centres.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance; includes contract-end gratuity and retirement benefits up to 10% of basic salary.
