Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in Quality, Safety and Risk Oversight Programmes to ensure safe clinical care and good outcomes across HKUHS Clinical Service Units.
Serve on partnering hospitals' Quality, Safety and Risk Committees.
Oversee incident reports and complaints to ensure robust clinical risk management and continuous improvement.
Lead specialist clinic services and support new clinic establishment and patient care improvements.
Provide consultancy services for clinical service development and quality assurance across the network.
Oversee clinical governance in partnering hospitals and Clinical Service Units.
Ensure efficient operations of the HKUHS Clinical Centre.

Nursing qualification registrable with the local Nursing Council or equivalent international regulator.
Valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
At least 15 years of post-registration clinical experience.
Experience in quality, safety and continuous improvement management in healthcare.
Demonstrated influencing skills and ability to build consensus in multidisciplinary environments.
Knowledge and experience in coaching healthcare professionals.
Willingness to travel occasionally outside Hong Kong and work outside normal office hours.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
