Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in Quality, Safety and Risk Oversight Programmes to ensure safe, quality clinical care across all Clinical Service Units.
Serve on partnering hospitals' Quality, Safety and Risk Committees.
Oversee incident reports and complaints to assure robust clinical risk management and continuous improvement.
Lead specialist clinic services and support initiatives for new clinics and patient care improvements.
Provide consultancy services for clinical service development and quality assurance across the network.
Ensure good clinical governance in partnering hospitals and Clinical Service Units.
Manage efficient operations of the Clinical Centre and support innovation initiatives.

Hold nursing qualification registrable with the local Nursing Council or equivalent international regulator.
Possess a valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
Have at least 15 years of post-registration clinical experience.
Demonstrate experience in Quality and Safety and continuous improvement management in healthcare.
Possess influencing skills and ability to build consensus in multidisciplinary environments.
Have knowledge and experience in coaching healthcare professionals.
Be willing to travel occasionally outside Hong Kong and work outside normal office hours.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
